Order Management Technician
Description
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Provide frontline customer contact on all aspects of order entry/enquiry management and customer care.
Ensure customers receive high quality on-on-one attention to detail
Co-ordinate customers? requirements consistently throughout process on a domestic and international basis.
Facilitate communication with internal and external customers
Order input and Review
Active participation in account teams
Maintain files and records providing weekly on-time data to management
Confirm delivery with customer
Participate in customer focused improvement projects
Champion customer requirements in CTT
Knowledge and understanding of International Trade Doc requirements and processes to support the international shipments
Full understanding and working knowledge of Plant Order Management and Shipping Activities
Knowledge of cross-functional processes (master scheduling, compiling, pricing and invoicing)
Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
