OfficeTeam is currently seeking a cheerful, energetic administrative professional to assist a marketing and sales teams in the distribution industry. The ideal candidate will be technologically astute, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. While comprehensive training will be provided, we prefer someone experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM program - having Salesforce, is a plus. Job duties include, but are not limited to: -Sales/marketing monthly/weekly report generation -CRM administration, troubleshooting and training -Assistance with sales coordination, quotation development, proposal development -Territory management assistance/scheduling -Database administration -Assistance with marketing campaigns and mailings -Editing and proofreading -Inventory management and fulfillment promotional items, sales literature, etc. -Event planning support This is a Temp-to-Hire position that will include comprehensive training, hourly compensation and benefits in an enjoyable, friendly, fast-paced work environment. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
