Customer Engineer (Ladson, SC) Daimler x3
Akkodis is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support for a client in Ladson, SC for a 6 month contract.
Pay is $23-$25/HR on W2.
Ideal candidate will have excellent soft skills.
Needs to be someone that can work on their own, reaching out to end users to schedule appointments for support and ideally has experience working in a customer facing role.
We need someone who has experience in Microsoft Office/365, hardware and software troubleshooting, customer service, working / troubleshooting for customer.
