Duties include but are not limited to:
Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Charting encounters between doctors and patients Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar Gathering records for insurance denials and claims Assisting the doctors with daily charges, notes, referrals, and orders with detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills are essential.
Applicants must also be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
