The main responsibility of our Customer Service Representative is to provide an exceptional customer service experience in a timely manner and provide resolution to our clients inquiries and concerns as well as work alongside them to create a personalized experience.

A variety of shifts are available for this position.
Basic
Qualifications:
Availability to work from home and/or in person Industry experience is a plus but not a requirement, we provided training High school diploma Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
