ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Effectively recruits personnel for the manufacturing facility.
Checks candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with clients or hiring managers.
Arranges interviews including meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and recruiting manager when necessary.
Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and, if necessary, provide feedback on their interview performance.
Send initial emails to candidates, providing them with relevant information about the position and our organization.
Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
Provide general administrative support to the recruiting manager.
Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal laws and statutes including labor laws and other governmental regulations, which are directly applicable to the company.
Maintains employment resumes, forms, and applicant flow logs.
Keep abreast of HR related materials through trade publications, papers, seminars, and classes.

Assist with maintaining the Company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) database.
Effectively communicate HR programs, services, and information.
Assist with new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

3 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
5 years Microsoft software application intermediate to advance experience.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
Must be professionally dressed.
Must be a United States Citizen.
Must have a valid drivers license in good standings.
Must have excellent math and administrative skills.
Must be an excellent multi-tasker.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Requires a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from a credited college, university or technical school; and/or three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
