The bookkeeper to accurately record day-to-day transactions and maintain our financial records, including income, expenses, receipts, and payments.

Responsibilities:
Posting bills, invoices, receipts and payments using QuickBooks OnlineRunning weekly detailed AP ReportReconciling monthly vendor statementsReconciling bank accounts and credit card accountsReconciling Intercompany accountsOther duties as assignedBookkeeper Requirements:
Solid understanding of basic bookkeepingMinimum of 3-5 years bookkeeping experienceMust be proficient in ExcelMust be experienced with cloud-based storage (DropBox)Must be highly organized and drivenMust be proficient in QuickBooksAccuracy and attention to detailMust love dogsExperience in a construction related office environment would be a plus (but not required)Bookkeeper Pay and Benefits$40,000-45,000 annually, depending on experience.
