Manufacturing Engineer
Position
Responsibilities:
o Supports the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologieso Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplineso Supports the development, identification and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for buildo Participates in the implementation of manufacturing planso Investigates technical problemso Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologieso Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field (manufacturing engineering degree preferred) Great communication skills and personalitywill be working with PMs, production employees, and high level leadership Ability to solve complex production issues Desired Skills 1 year of manufacturing engineering experience in a similar industry Experience in a production environment Recommended Skills Communication Integrated Product Team Leadership Lean Manufacturing Maintenance Manufacturing Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
