The ideal candidate will have a blend of the following skills:
Possess strong customer service skills Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have a good working knowledge of Motorcycles,Watercraft,Jet Boats Be able to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team Be detail oriented Be reliable and punctual Have a good work ethic Light Speed/CDK EVO experience is a plus Job duties entail Taking phone calls and scheduling service appointments Providing estimates for service work and accessory installation Writing repair orders Maintaining records for all service work performed.
Communicating with technicians to track work being performed and providing customers with updates.
Coordinating with the Parts department to insure service and recall parts are in stock for scheduled repairs.
Communicates with manufacturers on warranty repairs and claims Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service!!! You must be able to pass a background check and drug screening to be eligible for employment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
